MINIMUM AGE: typically 18
PREREQUISITES: Advanced Nitrox (or equivalent), excellent trim/team comms
FORMAT: Workshops + planning + deco dives (2–3 days)
GASES / DEPTH: Normoxic range; single-stage deco (e.g., EAN50/O2)
EQUIPMENT: Twinset/sidemount, stage, two ascent references (DSMB + backup)
