MINIMUM AGE: typically 18
PREREQUISITES: AOWD (Rescue recommended), ~30+ dives, steady buoyancy
FORMAT: Workshops + confined + open-water scenarios (2–3 days)
GASES / DEPTH: Air/Nitrox in the no-deco range
EQUIPMENT: Twinset or sidemount, long hose/backup, SMB/spool
