MINIMUM AGE: typically 18
PREREQUISITES: AOWD; strong foundations (ideally Fundamentals)
FORMAT: Integrated Adv. Nitrox + Decompression (3–4 days)
GASES / DEPTH: Air/Nitrox backgas, EAN50/O2 for deco
