Equipment distribution, briefing, and theory.
Starting around 6:00 p.m.:
Sports School of the Hessian State Sports Federation, Otto-Fleck-Schneise 4, 60528 Frankfurt am Main.
Entry into the water, guided dive (max. 1 hour).
Afterward, return to the Frankfurt Dive Center to return your equipment.

No. Introductory dives are designed specifically for beginners with no diving experience. The only important thing is that you feel comfortable in the water—we'll take care of the rest.

Introductory diving is available for children ages 8 and up. Children ages 8 to 11 participate in our VIP introductory diving program, while those ages 12 and up participate in the regular introductory diving program.

The regular introductory dive (ages 12 and up) costs 69 €, and the VIP introductory dive for children ages 8 to 11 costs 99 €. If you decide to get your diving certification afterward, we’ll credit 30 € toward your Open Water Diver course.

We offer introductory diving sessions every Saturday from 4:15 p.m. to about 7:30 p.m. You can find the upcoming dates and the online booking form above.

At the Landessportbund swimming pool, located at Otto-Fleck-Schneise 4 in Frankfurt. In the warm, calm pool water, you take your first breaths underwater in a completely relaxed manner.

Just your swimwear, a towel, and flip-flops—we'll provide all the diving gear.

Absolutely. The introductory dive is the perfect first step: If you enjoy being underwater, your next step is to earn your Open Water Diver certification—your first internationally recognized diving certification. We’ll apply €30 from the cost of your introductory dive directly toward the course.

You'll find us in the heart of Frankfurt-Schwanheim, at Vogesenstraße 12C (parking is available at the rear entrance at Am Kirchholz 12). Feel free to stop by—we'll be happy to advise you in person on scheduling and equipment.

No. You'll be diving in a shallow, safe pool and will be accompanied by an experienced diving instructor the entire time. You set the pace and depth yourself—we'll only go as far as you feel comfortable.
